I like to play a lot of different sports like Basketball, Soccer and Golf. I have always been fascinated with cars from a young age. I’m proud to be a part of the sales team at Napleton’s. Roberto Cortez was very friendly, professional, and accommodating in helping me purchase my new Jeep. He goes the extra mile to make us comfortable during the process and he explains features of the vehicle and terms of the agreement in easly understood language. It’s a nice complement to Art (manager) and Cory (finance). My compliments to the entire Napleton’s team. This is my second consecutive Grand Cherokee from their dealership and I know that i will go there for my next one. Great customer service during and after the buying process is what sets them apart from other dealerships. You can see that they really want to take care of their customers as they make themselves available for questions and actually contact the customer to make sure that we are 100% satisfied. The same is true for the service department. Thanks again to Roberto and the entire team. I love my new Jeep and get so many compliments on the upgraded High Altitude version of the Overland!
