It’s a nice complement to Art (manager) and Cory (finance). My compliments to the entire Napleton’s team. This is my second consecutive Grand Cherokee from their dealership and I know that i will go there for my next one.  Great customer service during and after the buying process is what sets them apart from other dealerships.  You can see that they really want to take care of their customers as they make themselves available for questions and actually contact the customer to make sure that we are 100% satisfied. The same is true for the service department.

I explained why I was there and was assured that the problem would be corrected and completed within an hour or less.  I was then directed to a young man to fill out the service agreement for my signature and I  proceeded to the waiting area.  I enjoyed popcorn and tv and my vehicle service was completed expeditiously in the promised time-frame.

Keeping the customers happy is what I’m all about! Throughout my 10 years in the auto industry, my guests have always come first. I make them feel like family, and not just a customer. I truly love every aspect of my job! I’m a big fan of basketball, and my son Brice. He is my world. I love to spend as much time with him as I possibly can.
