I was told prior to dropping my vehicle off that the xilon service could take up to 8 hours. It was done in 4 hours. Thanks

My appointment was at 1:00 p.m. When I arrived I pulled right in to the service area. I was greeted immediately and then waited on within two minutes. I explained why I was there and was assured that the problem would be corrected and completed within an hour or less. I was then directed to a young man to fill out the service agreement for my signature and I proceeded to the waiting area. I enjoyed popcorn and tv and my vehicle service was completed expeditiously in the promised time-frame.

My overall experience was good. Brad made sure I was updated with work on my vehicle. He also made sure I got a good saving deal when it came it my oil changed and future service for oil changes.
